Smiths Falls Town Council took on the Pee Wee Bears Good Deeds Cup Challenge today — a challenge presented to them at council last week.

Mayor Shawn Pankow and Councillors Lorraine Allen, Jay Brennan, and John Maloney visited Willowdale Retirement Residence and Van Horne Manor, to pass out roses and wish residents a Happy Valentine’s Day.

Pee Wee Bears Team Manager Tina Hughes commented on the spirit of helpfulness that she has witnessed in response to the Good Deeds Challenge, “It’s so inspiring. I see acts of kindness happening all over town.”
