On Monday, May 29, 2017 the Smiths Falls Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic (S.F.N.P.L.C) celebrated its five year anniversary with an open house to welcome the public and thank the clients and community for their ongoing support.

Since its inception and “go live” date of May 29, 2012 the clinic has registered over 2500 patients from Smiths Falls and surrounding area and continues to grow. The S.F.N.P.L.C is a not-for-profit clinic offering primary health care services to registered clients from nurse practitioners as well as allied health professionals that include nurses, a social worker, a registered dietitian and a pharmacist.

The clinic Executive Director/ NP Lead Nancy Unsworth and Administrative Lead Leeann Brennan, would like to once again take the opportunity to thank the clinic staff, Board of Directors, clients and community for a great five years and look forward to many more to come.
