Smiths Falls seeks volunteers to help with Canada 150 events

The Town of Smiths Falls’ working group for Canada 150 celebrations is calling for volunteers to help out.

Volunteers are need to assist in planning and coordinating a variety of activities including the On the Roll live music series, heritage walking tours, genealogy workshops, First Nations reconciliation events and program, and arts and recreation activities. Volunteer help is also needed for a series of events featuring Irish heritage and culture as a twinning project with County Wicklow, Ireland, takes place in June.
