Children’s Resources on Wheels and its two programs EarlyON Child and Family Centre and CROW Licensed Home Child Care relocated to its new home at St. Francis de Sales Catholic School at 4 Ross Street, Smiths Falls.
EarlyON Child and Family Centres provide opportunities for children from birth to 6 years of age to participate in play and inquiry-based programs, and support parents and caregivers in their roles.
One of the benefits of EarlyON is to connect with other families and child care providers with young children. Barbara Cregan, a home child care provider with CROW shared “this is my first playgroup visit and it is a great walking distance from my home. The children are thoroughly enjoying it.”
One of our participants, Christina Gauthier is happy because “there is more space for the kids to explore”.
We are open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday for playgroup at our new location from 9:00am to Noon. Our playgroups are free! We have made new friends at our new location already. Emily Quellette visited for the first time and she likes the nice bright room and sensory toys. There is more room to explore and play with everything. More toys, more activities!”
Visit our website at www.crowlanark.com if you are looking for our playgroup schedule as we also serve all of Lanark County. We also offer parent educations workshops, home child care and much more.
Children’s Resources on Wheels: dedicated to supporting and strengthening child care, family life, child development and community links in Lanark County.
