On April 23, 2018, in the Rogers Road area of Perth a number of resident’s garages and vehicles were entered overnight.
Personal items were taken from the residences, including electronics, cash and credit cards.
The Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), along with the assistance of East Region Forensic Identification Unit and Community Street Crime Unit are continuing the investigation into these occurrences.
The Lanark County OPP would like to remind residents to secure all external entry points to their homes, including windows and garage entrances and to secure their vehicles to protect the contents from theft.
The OPP is asking anyone with information regarding these incidents or with information concerning crimes to contact police at 1-888-310-1122.
