The Bears recorded a shutout win against the Hawkesbury Hawks at the Den Tuesday night.

Fletcher Anderson scored first with a goal early in the first period at 3:34, assisted by Theo Todd.

The next and final goal was shot at 13:38 in the second period by Tate Leeson with help form Bruce Coltart and Theo Todd during a powerplay advantage.

The Hawks tried to catch up by switching their goalie for another player for the second half of the third period, giving the Bears a good workout to defend their lead with most of the action happening around their net.

Not surprisingly, First Star of the game was awarded to Jake Smith, Second Star went to Theo Todd, and Third Star went to Azzaro Tinling (HAW).
