SFPS investigating early morning home invasion – Three suspects outstanding

On July 13th 2025, the Smiths Falls Police Service received a report of a Home Invasion that just occurred at approximately 7:25 a.m. Smiths Falls Police members responded to the area immediately to begin the investigation. One victim was located at the scene with minor injuries.

As a result of the investigation, four suspects were identified and arrest warrants have been obtained. As of July 16th, 2025 one suspect, 25 year old Courtney LAFRANCE has been arrested. The accused stands charged with mischief under $5000 (xl), assault (xl), robbery with theft (xl), break and enter dwelling (xl) and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm (xl). The accused was held in custody to await their pending bail court hearing.

Three suspects remain at large:

    • Zackary GRAHAM (33 years old of Smiths Falls)
    • Chelsea HILL (36 years old of Smiths Falls)
  • Christopher SAUVE (31 years old of Smiths Falls)

Anyone with information regarding this incident or the whereabouts of the suspects are urged to call Smiths Falls Police Service or anonymously call through Crime stoppers.
