Christmas Craft Show
Saturday, Nov. 29, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Beckwith Recreation Complex, Indoor Turf, 1319 9th Line.

Carleton Place Events

Breakfast with Santa
Saturday, Nov. 29 from 8 to 11 a.m. at the Carleton Place High School. Food, festive music and photos with Santa are on the agenda. 

Annual Christmas Market
Saturday, Nov. 29, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Free admission at the Carleton Place arena. 

Santa Claus Parade
Saturday, Nov. 29 at 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Merry and Bright is the theme and come celebrate the season in downtown. 

Merrickville Events

CPKC Holiday Train
Friday, Nov. 28, 5-30 p.m. the trail will roll into the south side of the Broadway Street railroad crossing near By Street. Donations accepted in support of the Merrickville Food Bank. 

Christmas Makers Market
Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 29 and 30, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Merrickville Community Centre, 106 Read St.

Perth Events

CPKC Holiday Train
Friday, Nov. 28, 8 to 8:30 p.m. at the Wilson Street railway crossing, where the train will be on site with food donations collected for the Table Community Food Centre’s Good Food Bank. Jade Eagleson and Teigen Gayse are scheduled to perform.

Holly Jolly Art Show and Sale
Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 29 and 30, at the Royal Canadian Legion. The show will feature original work from fine artists from Perth and surrounding region.  

Pet Photos with Santa
Saturday, Nov. 29, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Crystal Palace, hosted by Laura Jane’s Pet Food and Supplies. 

Smiths Falls Events

CPKC Holiday Train
Friday, Nov. 27, 6:30 to 7 p.m. at Victoria Street with musical guests Jade Eagleson and Teigen Gayse. Donations to the Smiths Falls Community Food Bank accepted. Come at  5 p.m. for the pre-party at the Smiths Falls Community Theatre, 55 Victoria Ave – Holiday Music by The Wizard of Sound; Free Hot Chocolate courtesy of the Smiths Falls Community Theatre & PuroClean; Vendors: Beaver Tails; Junibel’s Bakery; Sugar Rush Carnival Delights and more!

North Pole Express
Saturday, Nov. 28, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Railway Museum of Eastern Ontario. The stunning 1912 station museum is transformed into a festive Christmas wonderland featuring train rides on the North Pole Express, tractor rides, Santa-grams sent from our Telegraph Office, carolers, artisan vendors, hot cocoa, a visit from the Grinch and so much more. Explore our holiday station and the Museum grounds, featuring crackling fire-pits, carollers, warm refreshments, face-painting, reindeer games, vendors and more! Don’t miss the fun. Fees will apply. 

Downtown Cookie Crawl
Saturday, Nov. 29, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Collect a baker’s dozen cookies, other sweet treats and delicious festive drinks at your favourite Downtown Smiths Falls businesses. Pre-sale Cookie Box tickets $20; $25 (plus fees) for regular tickets after pre-sale. Register at the link provided. 

Comicon
Saturday, Nov. 29, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Econo Lodge, 33 Centre St. Admission $5 or kids under 12, free. Toys, comic books, games, sport cards, jewelry. More info at www.popculturecanada.ca

Christmas Tree Lighting
Saturday, Nov. 29, 4:30 to 5 p.m. at Town Hall Square, 77 Beckwith St. N. next to town hall. 

Make it a Merry Christmas Party with a special visit from Santa
Sunday, Nov. 30, 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Youth Arena.

Westport Events

Christmas Craft Market and Bake Sale
Saturday, Nov. 29, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.,
at the Westport Legion. Come enjoy Christmas Café, new this year. Coffee, lunch, and visit with Santa from 1 to 3 p.m.
