Carleton Place councillor posts video interview with local COVID front-line doctor Steven Walker

On Easter Monday, April 13th, Carleton Place town councillor Theresa Fritz posted a video of her interview, done earlier that day, with local family physician Dr. Steven Walker who is in charge of the Covid-19 assessment center operating in Almonte among other critical duties and his own family practise. The video of just over 16 minutes covered a wide variety of topics on the current pandemic and how the community is faring in terms of flattening the curve. Fritz tempered her well-honed journalistic skills with a non-confrontational format of questions designed to get answers to questions from residents that Fritz and all members of council have been getting in large number lately.

Fritz lets Walker do most of the speaking and, as a local front-line healthcare professional engaged heavily in our current crisis, he provides relevant information without pulling any punches. Watch the video below or click on the link.
