Lanark County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is seeking assistance from the public to help identify the person responsible for the theft of licence plates from a parked car. On the evening of Thursday, March 5 an unknown person went to an address on Bates Drive in the north end of Carleton Place and stole two Ontario licence plates from a Hyundai Elantra motor vehicle.Â
