R.O.P.E. Squad requesting public’s assistance locating federal offender

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of Statutory Release.  

Kenneth Peever is described as a indigenous male, 45 years of age, 5’11” (180 cm), 171 lbs (78 kgs) with brown hair (shaved) and hazel eyes. Peever has tattoos on his upper right arm and front upper torso as well as a Scorpion tattoo on his neck.  

Peever is currently serving a two (2) year, six (6) month and twelve (12) day sentence for Break & Enter with intent, Break, Enter and Commit X3, Theft Under X5, Possession Break In Instruments, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over, Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose, Mischief in Relation to other Property, Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Possess/Use/Traffic in Stolen/Forgery/False Use of Credit Card and Fail to Comply with Probation Order.  

The offender is known to frequent the Ottawa area.
