Smiths Falls Police confirm suspect breached bail conditions and issue warrant
On September 22nd, 2025 Smiths Falls Police received information from the court assigned GPS Monitoring company of a possible breach of bail conditions due to a tamper alarm on a suspects GPS ankle bracelet. An investigation was commenced into this breach by members of Smiths Falls Police.
SFPS confirmed the suspect had tampered with the GPS monitoring device and was not abiding by their bail court ordered house arrest conditions.
A warrant has been obtained for 23 year old, Brandon WATTS-GOVEIA of Smiths Falls.
