Portside Pub & Eatery on track for February opening

SUBMITTED BY THE TOWNSHIP OF RIDEAU LAKES

The Township of Rideau Lakes and Jason Moore,  owner of Portside Pub & Eatery are pleased to jointly advise the public that the Portside  Pub is scheduled to open in February 2024. Both parties have come to a mutual  agreement on licensing matters and the restaurant will open in a few weeks.

“The Township is excited to welcome this new business to Portland”, said CAO Shellee  Fournier and Mayor Arie Hoogenboom. “The addition of the Portside Pub to this  waterfront community will add yet another social venue to the busy hamlet.”

“We’re excited to finally unveil our establishment to the public,” commented Jason  Moore. “It has taken many months from vision to execution, and we think the public is  going to be pleased with the venue. It brings a nautical taste to Rideau Lakes and I  couldn’t be more proud of the results.”

A formal grand opening date will be announced in the coming weeks.
